Brought this 1897 Gothic Revival church back from the brink. The stone masonry alone took us 8 months, but man, seeing those arches restored to their original glory made every scraped knuckle worth it.

Designed this passive house up in Whistler where the clients wanted zero compromise on views or efficiency. Triple-glazed windows, geothermal heating, and it practically heats itself in winter.

Mixed-use development that had to fit into Gastown's strict heritage guidelines. We matched the brick patterns from 1890s buildings nearby while sneaking in modern retail spaces and lofts up top.

Burnaby Heritage Manor
This Edwardian mansion was basically held together by old paint and hope when we got to it. Restored the original plasterwork, rebuilt the conservatory, and updated all systems without touching the character.

Fairmont Hotel Annex Restoration
This Victorian-era annex needed serious love. We restored the terra cotta details, rebuilt the copper roof (that patina took years to match), and modernized the interiors while keeping all the period millwork.
